The Belgian Esports Federation (BESF) is dedicated to fostering the growth and practice of esports in Belgium by bringing together key stakeholders within the community. Recognizing that a federation thrives on the active participation and support of its members, BESF is committed to involving all stakeholders in shaping the direction, priorities, and positions of the organization. This participatory approach is essential to ensuring that the BESF truly represents the interests of the Belgian esports scene. 

However, the BESF acknowledges that more needs to be done to engage stakeholders effectively. To address this, the Federation will be organizing a stakeholder meeting on 14/09/2024 at 2:00 PM at the BESF Base Camp in Tour & Taxis (Brussels) - Sheds Basement (doors open at 1:30 PM). This meeting will inform participants about the current state of affairs and collaboratively determine the future direction of the BESF, including its operations and upcoming priorities.

For those who cannot attend in person, the event will be streamed live on Twitch at https://www.twitch.tv/esports_belgium. To ensure broad participation, the BESF invites anyone interested in shaping the Belgian esports ecosystem to get involved by filling out a form that will allow the Federation to keep them updated on this meeting.
